Prevented from leaving a car park......

Has anyone had any success appealing a parking fine through POPLA?

Situation:Parked in a car park that was free for 2 hours, returned within the 2 hours to find our car blocked in (the car park was being used for a market on that day). Ended up waiting for a further hour for the owner of the blocking vehicle owner to return so we could leave.

First letter we received from Parking Eye, we appealed, sent all of our photo evidence, stated we were physically prevented from leaving their car park - they wrote back and said the driver of the vehicle hadn't been confirmed?!

Second letter isattached.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Not sure why you openly left past the cameras in this scenario. Was there no onsite retailer or business to tell them and get whitelisted?

    Just wait for the court claim. Parking Eye discontinue them nowadays.
