EuroCarParks Parent & Child bay
Hello!
Wondering if anyone can help with regards to ECP at Cromwell Road Sainsburys in London.
Received a NTK in the post alleging the vehicle was parked in parent and child bay with no child.
No PCN was placed on the windscreen and the two photo's on the NTK are just of the vehicle parked in the bay.
There is no option to view any evidence on their website, simply pay or appeal?

Without someone videoing arrival and alighting how on Earth can they prove there was no child?

I would imagine the pictures show there's no child in the car!
Maybe this is a new scam they're trying out. Parent and Child spaces can only be used if a minimum of one child is clearly displayed inside the car at all times.

Do you mean as the driver is exiting the car? There’s loads of cars using P&C spaces where once the exit is completed, and the P&C are in the store, where there’s no child in the car! Think about it!

Says who? And how can a child be ‘clearly displayed at all times’ if the parent is inside Tesco doing the shopping? 🤦♂️
Social Services would be around in a flash!
