Parking charge for 'free stay'

Hi all.
Just to update.
I've had an email from parking eye, with letter attached. Basically, it ignores everything I sent them and just asks for the name of the driver.
It says this,
'Parkingeye have placed this charge on hold for 28 days to enable you to provide the
evidence requested. If this information is not provided within 28 days, the appeal may well be rejected and a POPLA code'Do I just wait for the POPLA code that they refer to, and send the screenshots and video again?

Yes, tell them you are under no obligation and to accept / refuse the appeal and supppy the Popla code.
But be prepared to lose at Popla because they'll likely say "there were signs and you should have paid using another method".
So ignoring is another option.
