I always find it quite funny when I get these kinds of calls
When they ask me to confirm the email address that they should send the offer to - I just tell them to use the one on my account - I have had them confirm some spurious email that they ‘read back to me’ as my email is not linked to my name or other usernames I have. I tend to enjoy keeping them talking as it means they have less time to scam someone who might actually believe them. A big shame there is little anyone can do to shut these overseas scam centres down.

I treat any cold call as a scam - they use social enginnering.
