DCB legal letter of claim

Hi all yes newbie here

Got generic letter of claim that other people gave gotten on here. £170 they are after for parking ages ago.

I never got any PCN letter from parking eye they appear to have gone straight to letter of claim.

I've used template thread to reply to them. given them reply basically not paying happy to go to court, dispute it ect. Just basically asking what happens now will I be taken to court?

    Not quite

    The Lawyers will issue a Money Claim N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL against you in due course

    You will follow the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

    Eventually it will arrive at your local court

    They will likely discontinue just before the hearing fee is due

    @Truestblue22

    You will receive a Claim Form from Northampton CNBC but whilst it is vital to then respond, that's just a piece of paper requiring an online reply.

    Nothing scary,

    As long as you simply use the forum's Template Defence (which we will not link, go find it!) you won't be "taken to court" - no judge, no hearing, no CCJ risked - so it is dead easy to see off. You WANT the Claim Form!

    DCB Legal's set MO with Parkingeye cases is to make as much money as possible from frightening and intimidating people into paying more than they might owe, and they drop the rest before hearings. EVERY.TIME.
