McDonalds
I know this isn't a big thing, but I am wanting to complain to McDonalds. They make it incredibly difficult to find an email address or online form to use (their virtual assistance gives you only a limited number of characters). I just cannot find how to complain.
Is anyone able to give me an email address of their complaints/feedback dept or web address of a complaints online form please?

Is the store you want to complain about centrally run, or a franchise?

The vast majority of McDonalds (around 82%) are franchises so are all independent businesses. You may be better asking to make an appointment to see the owner/manager of the restaurant you want to complain about

They are almost all franchises, as people have said above. If you complain to HQ; they'll send you a voucher for around the amount the affected meal cost, but that's all they can do.
