    Thanks for replying, though I find your tone unnecessary.

    I have been able to access MCOL now, clearly emailing AoS is quite possible and effective.

    I have filled out my defence via MCOL, as of last night.

    I only found the information from the parking thread recently so it wasn't a case of not doing what is suggested. I don't spend my life on parking fine thread discussions!

    So, again, sincerely, thank you for the information you have provided to everyone but I think you could have offered your suggestions in a less judgemental manner.
