Parkingeye PCN - Unable to actually purchase ticket

Complaining to CMA is to add your evidence to their current enquiries into parking and to encourage them to add ParkingEye to their investigations. They won't look at your individual case. Go back to C_M's plan in 7 September post although landowner complaint is a non-starter at the moment. I have checked again and still cannot see any Parkingeye car park in Felixstowe unless anyone local knows otherwise.

Digging deeper as I like a challenge. In November 2025 Planning Permission was granted for ParkingEye signs to be erected in a temporary car park on land described as to the West of Sea Road, Felixstowe. This seems to be an unused building? plot between Micklegate Road, Sea Road and Beach Station Road. The application was made by Ruby Homes (Felixstowe) ltd who are presumably the landowners. No recent streetview on Google. If this is the right place you do not need to tell ParkingEye that you have worked out where they mean. You could, however, contact the landowners.

No idea why there is no mention on line of a ParkingEye car park in Felixtowe. AI search says there is no car park off Micklegate Road where the entrance and exit are?

Yes, this is consistent from what I've seen on Google, where a developer got planning permission to build a car park on the site of a former hotel. I guess this is what the PCN meant by "Sea Road, Felixstowe", which I was struggling to find on Google Maps.

But is this relevant to any POPLA appeal I could make on the PCN?

Not directly but it gives you a landowner to complain to before you make the POPLA appeal as suggested by Coupon-Mad in her post on 7 September.
