Yes, let's all have a chortle at the IAS' decision if they refuse that appeal.
The IAS is considered a kangaroo court but either way, you'll never have to pay.

They have replied. On the IAS portal this is what they have said:
The operator made their Prima Facie Case on 21/09/2026 16:49:17.
The operator reported that...
The appellant was the driver.
The appellant was the keeper.
ANPR/CCTV was used.
The Notice to Keeper was sent on 23/07/2026.
A response was received from the Notice to Keeper.
The ticket was issued on 23/07/2026.
The charge is based in Contract. The operator made the following comments...
Please find attached the file named "XXXX Pack" for evidence in regards to this case.
How should I show you guys the evidence pack ? Website is not allowing me to attach it as a word document

Its 53 pages long and from what I can tell most of of it is irrelevant to my appeal. I am attaching the pictures but some stuff I don't think I need to show you guys I can just say them. As well as the images they have also put:
The original PCN, my original appeal from the airport thread, their response to that appeal, all the images of the signs ( theres like 30 photos of signage ) and a record of every car that went to the drop off zone that day with the record of my car. You can see from the ANPR that they have blurred out my face but I think you could probaby tell quite clearly that it is me in those pictures.
At no point have they provided any evidence that I was driving and basically they are just using the Elliot vs Loake case.

There's nothing useful there and you'll lose the IAS appeal, so just ignore them now.

They have said I can respond so should I not say anything ?
I don't understand why I would lose the IAS appeal ?
And like I said in the original post I have 4 more of these so should I do the same thing for those as I have done for this one so far ?

You'll lose at IAS because they will simply bend Elliott v Loake to such an extent that the outcome of that particular case will become reversed. VCS v Edward will be ignored as it directly contradicts the Assessor's proposed appeal outcome.

@rak8180 - You should probably clarify this question as it is perfectly reasonabe.

Pretty obvious from my original post but I decided not to pay it and keep the extra
