Got a charge from PCM (Parking Control Management)
Hey guys,
It was a private property, visiting my nience who live there. Apparently there are visitor bays and there is a need to display a permit etc. I was going to find one and move my car but then forgot to do it.
So got the usual deal. The thing on the windshield, the usual "100 pounds with the so called '60' pound with the "discount". I have done this before so I think I know the usual drill. the only difference this time is I have the thing placed on the windshield. Previously I got a letter as the first thing. Anything special I need to be aware of? Or is the the usual 'sit through the threats until you get the letter of claim or letter before claim' thing?

You can appeal as registered keeper on day 26, as explained in the NEWBIES thread. The idea being they might forget to serve a NTK which us fatal to keeper liability.
