Recommendations for a solar-reflective paint.
To be applied to a GRP roof on a timber outhouse, to reduce solar gain.
I presume GRP will be happy with most and not have an issue? Anyone used solar paints, and found one long-lasting and effective?
Thanks.

Did you consider self-adhesive roll insulation with aluminium foil? There are many various types at Ali (and Temu?). Not sure how long aluminium foil will last on a roof, but they do show this among other applications. Prices are about £5-£10 per m2 IIRC.

I don't think that would be practical on the outside - how to secure it down, trapping of moisture, flapping!
It just needs a coat of paint. I'm pretty sure that most are perfectly ok to use and are effective, but always looking for a personal recommendation. I have seen some that have dulled over time, but not sure how much that matters.
