Napier Parking Limited v Leigh Ellwood [Appeal]
There was an appeal listed today in the County Court at Central London with a scheduled duration of three hours. Could be the below case. I'm minded to call tomorrow and see if it went ahead and then get a transcript if the judgement isn't otherwise made available.
Ordinarily I'd leave out the defendant's name and let it drop off the list but it's already been published in this case.

I phoned the court. They told me to email. The auto reply says they're running 20 days behind.

There is another listing tomorrow with the same parties, also appeal, this time listed as in person and also by video at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County and Family Court.

I got a reply today: the hearing went ahead but the clerk responding didn't know anything more and forwarded to someone who might.
