Try some red line fuel system cleaner. Wait until tank is empty, add it, the full up with v power. Then when driving, keep revis above 3k. Clear code and see also suggest a new battery as well.

I’d spend £15-£20 on a decent injector cleaner and have the battery/charging system properly tested before spending £1,500.
Your printout shows the injector/lean faults as past faults, while low battery voltage and lost communication with the engine ECU are current. If that’s still the original six-year-old battery and it tests weak, I’d replace it, clear the codes, run a tank with injector cleaner and then rescan.
If P1200/P0171 actually return after that, then investigate the injectors properly. I certainly wouldn’t jump straight to £1,500 worth of “injector cleaning” without seeing the test results and exactly what the dealer proposes to do.
