Thanks - unfortunately, I didn't see this before submitting my appeal (doh!)

Is it something I can add to my POPLA comments on operator evidence or has that boat sailed? (I'm certain I already know the answer…..)

If they upload their evidence pack and if its not mentioned, your popla comments should highlight the omission

Thanks, what part of the code is it actually breaching? The only thing I can seem to find is if my original appeal was within the 14 day period, which it wasn't, it was 20 days after the notice was issued.
