Moorside Legal
I received a court proceedings letter from Moorside Legal claiming I owed £264.08 to Anchor Security Services Limited for a parking charge.
I posted my defence on the gov website using the draft posted here and my defense was that I haven’t received the original parking charge form for the original amount.
I have received a letter from Moorside Legal who are happy to settle for the sum of £200 or their client will take the matter to a court of my choice. Please see the attached letter.
What are my options? I don’t want to go to court but how likely am I to win?

You are assuming that the case will result in a hearing, but many don't get that far
Post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first
Also post your exact defence, verbatim, that was submitted on MCOL
Ps, a typical loss in court for a single pcn is around £212 , so their offer is ludicrous
