I'm not seeing much feedback online with regards to this new "First Active" easy access savings account by Natwest…
Can people please put their experience's here for us all?
I know my money will be safe as it's a well known brand, and MSE are recommending them on their own articles. But that doesn't automatically mean it will be a good sign up process, website use, etc.

FirstActive is owned and run by NatWest Group and is under NatWest FSCS.
The site and service runs on NatWest's Boxed platform (BaaS), which is also used by Saga, AA, Sainsburys, etc.
