On Uswitch, the cheapest switch is still with Fuse

Can I switch with Uswitch through TCB for £46 cashback? It does say on there, Want to stay with your existing supplier, and there's a switch button.
Probably won't switch until closer to October 1st, when current deal ends though.

That was an August tariff.
They're now offering September 18m v9.
