Can I switch with Uswitch through TCB for £46 cashback? It does say on there, Want to stay with your existing supplier, and there's a switch button.
Probably won't switch until closer to October 1st, when current deal ends though.

Yes, if you have input the correct current supplier into uSwitch and it shows you can switch through them, then you can switch through them.
Are you a premium member with TCB? If not, I believe the cashback is currently £17.25 per fuel.
Note that under the TCB terms you are only allowed a maximum cashback of one uSwitch switch (single or dual fuel) per every 10 months
