Study post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum for what to do with your Letter of Claim ( LBC. )

Ignore their hollow threats. Any judge will look down their nose at a Popla assessor and regard the result as irrelevant.
Use of a dispute resolution service is seen as commendable as part of the pre-action protocols, no matter the outcome. Bashing the other side with it isn't.2
