KRBS new online system
I am new, so please bear with.....
I had a badly-timed hacking of my email so asked for my account to be blocked. Since 19 August i have been trying to get it back. It is apparently registered, but every attempt to log in results in error message. I have been speaking to to their call centre and logged in under instruction, with the same result. Every phone number on their website goes into the same system. Emails are acknowledged but not replied to.
Anyone else having same experience?

KRBS = Kent Reliance [Building Society]? - they haven't been a BS since 2011.
They are right in the middle of moving to a new online system. Their website says:
JULY-SEPT 2026
Your eligible online accounts will move over, and we’ll send you a communication explaining how to register and/or log in to the new Online Services so you can view and manage your accounts.
Have you had any comms about this?
Are you trying to re-register with a new email address or are you using the old one?

KRBS = Kent Reliance Banking Services.
krbs, Kent Reliance and Kent Reliance Banking Services are trading names of One Savings Bank.
See the bottom of the page:

If you don't get the matter resolved with KRBS CS, it's probably best to raise a formal complaint as the next step. Or if you have access to a KRBS Branch, they might be more efficient than the central CS.

Just out of interest I just logged into KR "old" system with the 10 digit login and it still works for me.
I already had a login to the KR "new" system with a username, and they transferred my accounts from their old system to new last month.
It is a shame they rarely have market leading savings rates, in the past they had been much more competitive (plus some of their best rate accounts have been made branch only) - hopefully in the future when the distraction of moving IT systems is out of the way - they have paused any new online ISA products (maybe in branch also) while moving IT systems.
