Lyods cashback disappeared!
Hi - since January I've been putting all spending on my Lloyd's Ultra card, after switching to them for the £250 offer. It gives 1% cashback till January next year. The amount always used to be shown in the app along with balance etc. It stood at around £250. Now the app has been "refreshed" I can't locate it. The "reward" section shows just £1.71! Before I disappear into a, world of pain by ringing them, has anyone else experienced this/worked out what's happened?

I've found it, after it disappeared whist moving through the app.
You have to go to "See all transactions"

The app seems to be having a moment. My Ultra CC cashback was visible for a bit now it's gone. The Rewards section (which is everything else - interest, debit card cashback, switch bonus) has also just gone 'unavailable'.
Is this stuff shown online?

Some of my Halifax stuff seems to have got lost in translation. Obviously a well planned transition !! Why am I unsurprised ?

Mine doesn't show on the front end, or even after clicking on the card, you have to go to see all transactions to see it

On mine, you press on the card ('Everyday') and it shows the balance etc and also the cashback
