How do I do this?

Hope someone can help....I will try and explain what I mean:
If I want to link to another blog on my blog, instead of putting the whole http add thing how can I put for example:

"look here at sarah's blog" Sarah being the name they click to get taken to the blog? Does that make sense?

Sorry, im not very techie am I?

Sorry what do you mean? Im with Blogger, but I dont only mean for a blog, Ive seen it done on here too. Like if I typed the word blog on here but it is a clickable word which would take you to said blog.
Am I making sense?

If you look at the quick reply box below you will see a little globe with a chain link on it..

If you type then highlight some text and click the globe it will open a window that will let you input a link and when you click ok the highlighted text will turn blue and it will be clickable. This should be the same in most cases
