Battle with Euro Car Parks

Just wanted to share my story of my battle with these parasites. I was late getting back to my car and was issued a parking ticket.

I appealed as it was due to a medical condition i have, and attached photos of medication.They basically did a cut and paste reply, saying I was late getting back.

As per the advice on this site, I wrote to the owner of the land, an equally inept company called RAIS, asking for help but no response.

I went through POPLA giving the same argument and I also noticed the first sign as you drive in was unclear.

The Euro thugs repeated their argument and threatened that their solicitor checked and said that the fine was issued correctly.

POPLA upheld my appeal on the grounds they did not consider my medical condition.

Thanks for all the people on the site who helped me get this outcome.

A very good outcome, popla rarely rule on that aspect, so definitely get your lottery ticket on. !

You should definitely complain about it to the CMA who are currently investigating ECP, see the recent posts by coupon mad, which also contain email addresses

(It wasn't a fine, BTW; the scammers would never say that in writing.)
