She will be emailing the completed N180 DQ document pdf as an attachment to her email, but only after her MCOL claim history says that the CNBC posted it to her, not before, so dont go out of step with the process

Yes she will choose her local civil court, regardless of whether it gets to a hearing or not

Parking companies and the gutter lawyers don't turn up to hearings, instead they send a local jobbing advocate where necessary, so its irrelevant to them which court is used

The person taking the mediation call could offer a small sum, or £0 , because they are likely to discontinue before any hearing anyway, especially with the facts above in those 2 paragraphs, so personally I would not offer a penny

Hello,

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive a directions questionaire after doing the defence?
I have yet to receive it from the court?
The only thing I got after doing the defence is an acknowledgement letter of my defence that was sent 7th september and states it will give them 28 days to reply and if they don't, the claim will be "stayed"

About 2 months. Depends how busy the CNBC is. Keep following the 8 steps and don't be thrown by DCB Legal's template reply which we don't want to see, ta!
