It says hand washable 30 degrees, will professionally wash anyway ve ok? They'll put it in washing machine

I do machine wash items that say 'and wash only' or even 'dry clean only' but only on delicate cycle.
Does the professional machine have a 'delicate' cycle?

Pretty sure it will be in a machine, but on the hand wash cycle.
I believe they wash/clean in accordance with the lable instruction on the items - see their services below
