    ZZPS block keeper appeals all the time. We have loads of examples which I showed the MHCLG last year…

    Frustration can't apply if you knew your phone was broken before entering the contract. Same for failure of facilities (unless there was a machine and it was not working?). That's not to say it isn't defendable on other grounds.

    As said OAK is part of the OSNER MONEY SCAM ALL APPROVED BY THE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE BPA

    The BPA has more money scammers as members than any other members club in the UK…. ZZPS and the companies they set up to extort money from the consumer MUST BE A FULL INVESTIGATION BY THE CMA

    Until government get rid of the BPA and IPC for good, the money scam will continue. Does the PM really want a money scam operating ?
