Fuse Energy - Warm Home Discount Scheme?

Do you know if Fuse Energy is part of the Warm Home Discount Scheme? I'm on the lookout for a new fixed-rate electricity contract since my tracker deal with Octopus just finished. I'm hoping to find a supplier that offers this scheme, or maybe there are other companies out there with solid fixed contracts?

I contacted Fuse Energy who told me that I will be entitled to the warm house discount although the payment may go to my current supplier Octopus if I change today.

If this does happen is there a way to recover the money from Octopus?

It seems from your information that the WHD will be going to my old supplier, Octopus, and I'm crossing my fingers that I can get that amount back. Do you know how I might go about recovering it? Since the payment is not monetary and goes directly to the energy company and isn't accessible to customers.
