Local Council SAR Request Refusal to Provide Correct Information

Spot on, fifth post does note the op believes he has two incomes so therefore they have rejected his request for council tax support.

My point is the op is fixed on data, dates and council mistakes and is not asking for support with their claim. There’s no background to this eg how many adults in the house, benefits claimed etc etc which I would expect for someone seeking help with CT support. There is a possibility that yes the council got it wrong by thinking the op had two incomes, but equally got it right because there was two adults living in the house and so possibly don’t qualify for CT support. OP is too focused on being right (IMHO) about the council being wrong, that we can’t help with his benefit question because there is no information on what he tried to claim and why.

Council rejected him, when… if its previous years why now, is there a limit on claims for previous years, OP is spending a lot of time, effort and energy on something that they may possibly do nothing about.

A council will changed documents of its for a court case they are ruthless and a ICO does nothing.

I have gone through this and I have a 30 years legal career and I am sick and disgusted I'm what they have done to protect themselves.

Ombudsman won't help with CT that's valuations Tribunal

What is the issue is it SAR? If so they won't send it, if needed for court then it must be for benefits Hb or Cta
