They credit you within 2 weeks, my export HH been broken too.

@Oscarmax you really need to start your own thread if you want do do more than just comment.

1. Because you have an old smart meter, not a new one
2. Because it turned out that that the OP's problem was not the actual smart meter but a sensor that had been mistakenly reversed at the time that the new smart meter was fitted.

I have no readings for gas or export from the 25th to date, it was from the 24th but has caught up. However there is a banner on my Octopus dashboard acknowledging missing readings, saying they are working on adding them back.

According to AI Octopus have a system breakdown, just got Sunday and Monday updated so it will slowly work itself out, I guess,
