Does anyone know if I could get this if I have an HSBC credit card?

Excludes anyone who has been a HSBC customer since 1 Jan 2023 so my reading of the terms would say you wouldnt qualify.

No as you're an HSBC customer. You could try closing your credit card account (so that you're no longer an HSBC customer), and then applying for the Bank Account and starting a switch into it. This assumes you have no other products with HSBC or First Direct other than the credit card with HSBC, and that you didn't open any current account with HSBC or First Direct since 1st January 2023.
