ParkingEye Ticket asap

Could someone kindly reply to my post with a link to the Parking Eye template I need to use to appeal a parking ticket. They are saying they’re going to take me to court. I drove into a car park, didn’t leave my car for 11 minutes and left and I realised I didn’t want to park there. I have no idea how to navigate this website, just that I need something help please or could someone post the template here or private message me it, I’d be very grateful. Thank you in advance!!!

Anybody can threaten to take anyone else to court! It only costs £35. It doesn't mean anything.

Look up contract law - offer, consideration, exchange. You refused the offer and left. No contract exists between the two parties. No contract ever existed to be breached. There is no template.

Bear in mind that there is no genuine appeals process. They'll refuse every appeal or else they'd go bust very quickly!

Tell them you won't be paying due to no contract and that you look forward to their court claim!

Ignore all the threatograms you will receive. Then come back if you receive a Letter Before Claim (it usually comes from DCB Legal).

We won't link a sticky thread.
