Advice needed regarding multiple parking fines during permit renewal

My residential parking permit was due for renewal, but I needed the details from my V5C logbook in order to complete the renewal. Unfortunately, I did not have the V5C at the time, as it had been posted to me by my family and arrived a few weeks later.

As a result, I was unable to complete the permit renewal immediately, and unfortunately received parking PCNs over a period of around 7 days while I was waiting for the V5C details.

I appealed the PCNs and explained the circumstances, including that the delay was due to waiting for the V5C and that I renewed the permit as soon as I received the required information. However, three of my appeals have already been rejected.

I would really appreciate some advice on what my options are at this stage. Is there anything further I can do to challenge the PCNs, particularly given the circumstances and the fact that I was trying to renew the permit but was unable to do so without the V5C details?

Any advice or experience with a similar situation would be greatly appreciated.

spoke to the residential management - they set the ultimate decision would be the private parking company (direct park)
