delivery label email

I've noticed recently I don't get these when an item is sold on ebay and I produce a label. finally got round to checkng what it says on the page beofe I complete it to make sure I'm not missing anything, it definetly says "we will e-mail you a QR code" but I've not been receiving them, on 2 different accounts too, for around 2 weeks I think

it's not very quick to find a label in the post office when i have to go through the app.

can't be just me?

I don't use the app but on the mobile site when I sell something that's simple delivery I click to get a label and after confirming the size and weight a QR code appears. I always take a screenshot and just show the screenshot at the post office.

The QR code pops up on the app as soon as you get the label, you don't need an email if using the app.

I've never used the email to access a label or a QR code- although admittedly I print all my labels where it is offered so use a PC as that's linked to my label printer.. I just use the 'get postage label' option on my sold page and go from there. For custom postage sales it's exactly the same except that I have to choose my weight and parcel size.

problem is I have more than one account, not all the apps are on my phone.

I actually posted 2 items today, both from accounts that I do have on my phone, but the post office lady was waiting for me to find the label both times, it is not quick or easy to find the labels and depends on your signal how fast it is

and then it takes about 5 secs to load the QR code after that, sometimes have to walk to shop doorway to get a signal

thats 6 actions and takes about 30 seconds at least, after 5 seconds the operative has normally weighed it and is expecting a QR to be presented

compare that to when it was emailled to me I just open my inbox, scroll down a few messages and there it is, open it and it's there instantly no mater what sort of signal I've got

I take parcels for my account and my OH account, which I access on my phone through different browsers. However when I generate a label I always WhatsApp it to myself (using my dual sim phone) and if I need to send more than one I caption it with a description of the packaging. I did once send 4 items in one visit that way without any problems and without mobile data.

Actually the email went to spam (so the qr code isn't displayed but would be if I marked it as not spam). This label was generated yesterday and I posted today.

Just noticed I sold an item on my account which was simple delivery and didn't get the qr code emailed, but it makes no difference to me.
