    Amentioned earlier, its already "gone to court " because its a court claim, at the court that you nominated in your N180, but the hearing date is only pencilled in pending the claimant paying the hearing fee, no fee = no hearing, because its not free !

    Their deadline is 9th September at 4pm , to put up or shut up, so keep checking your email inbox and spam folders for their N279 discontinuation document, which is a more likely scenario than them paying out £27 for a hearing

    DCB Legal involved. or not?

    Either way they'll probably discontinue but get your WS & evidence in before the court deadline so that you are best placed.

    Show us your draft WS first but we need to know if DCB Legal filed the claim for PEye?

    Received an email today. They have Discontinue Court proceedings and closed our file.

    Thanks for everyone's help with this. I was way out of my depth. I only won due to the existence of this forum.

    Was this from DCB Legal? If so, when you receive it, could you post up a redacted copy of the formal Notice of Discontinuation (N279), so I can count it in the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread. Thanks.
