Eurostar compulsory return

I've booked a return with Eurostar and in the e-mail confirmation the following terms are given:
"Adult Outbound
Adult Inbound
Non-exchangeable. Non-refundable. Compulsory return, must include one night away.Non-exchangeable. Non-refundable. Compulsory return, must include one night away."
I now might not want to use the return, but fly back instead. What are Eurostar going to do? Sue me for their loss (of nothing)? If you could shed any light on what will happen, I'd be grateful. Also, can I sell the return portion on e-Bay?

You can't sell the return portion on e-bay. E-bay rules prohibit it.
If you could, (if you tried it might be sometime before e-bay actually noticed so it's not impossible) it would be against Eurostar T&C as well, though I don't think Eurostar would pick it up - checkin is by machine. Security and/or Immigration MIGHT pick up that the name on the ticket was different to the name on the passport. I can't recall how closely they check, but if they do your purchaser would be in dead trouble.0
