judgement entered against me
I have a judgement entered against me by uk parking administration and Moorside legal.
The First i knew of it going to court is the judgement.
I dont owe this money and I havent defended the claim. Is there anything I can do now? Claim is dated 15th July but ive only just seen it, was sent to the neighbours and they have just passed it to me.
Thanks

Study the set aside advice in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
It costs around £313 to apply for a contested set aside
Bear in mind that if you pay the CCJ off it won't be removed from your credit file, so you probably need to get a set aside, then fight the original claim

It's £321 for a contested set-a-side now, (as from 13th July 2026).

Just as an aside as I see letters have not arrived in previous instances, is it worth checking all your details are correct- and perhaps even contact RM to see why your post is being misdelivered? I know there are some issues with RM but with so many items going astray could it be a problem with door numbering - or something similar that might not be obvious to a post person? Mis delivered post can be a real issue and it should be addressed to find a cause if it is a regular occurrence, if only to stop private items going through the door of a stranger.

What's the date of the actual judgment?
Do you have the original UKPA PCN?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
