Dear Sirs,

Re: Proposed Letter Before Claim – Select Parking Limited

I refer to your Letter Before Claim dated XXX.

The alleged debt is disputed in its entirety and any court proceedings will be thoroughly defended.

I deny liability for the alleged parking charge and make no admission as to the identity of the driver or that any contractual liability arose.

In particular, I dispute your client's allegation that the vehicle was parked in breach of the alleged terms and conditions. Your letter provides no evidence establishing the alleged breach.

I note that your Letter Before Claim does not appear to have been accompanied by the Reply Form and Information Sheet required under the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims.

Please therefore revert to your client and confirm that the alleged debt is disputed. If your client nevertheless intends to proceed, it should provide the evidence upon which it intends to rely in support of the claim.

I reserve all rights and defences.

Yours faithfully,

"
