British Gas Website Crashes
I have been trying to log in to my account to change my existing tariff. The site has been crashing on me since last week. I entered the infamous chatbot which is worse than useless. Managed to get put in touch with a human who sent me a link to reset my account.Entered via the link and reset my password, Euereka, or so I thought it was useless. Just tried again today and no way could get put through to a human. No idea what has gone wrong with the site. Is anyone else having problems logging on.

Agree, try another device or browser, I had problems on my iMac this last week, tried on my iPad and it worked perfectly, both on Safari

Sorry only just seen the replies. I think my problem was the same as CSH1. All ok now, thanks for the responses
