All, this is a duplicate to what i posted in the vent forum, but didnt get a reply: hopefully someone can help

I posted about my issue a few months ago and the problem is still going.

Just wondered if anyone could help me out

North West Gas Alliance are upgrading gas pipes in my area and are part of national grid. The knocked my garden wall down with a digger in what was an accident. Tried to rebuild it and they cant do. They have been out 4 times and made a right mess of it.
Sent me a letter saying they would come end of decemeber to discuss what they could do. Didnt turn up!

Im now going through the small claims court but who should i send it to? gas alliance or national grid?

Anyone any experience of dealing with these clowns

You may need to sue North West Gas Alliance, although you could try contacting the partner companies:

Balfour Beatty Management
130 Wilton Road
London
SW1V 1LQ
Telephone: 020 7216 6800
Fax: 0207 963 4299

and

Customer Support Team
National Grid - Gas Distribution
Lakeside House
The Lakes
Northampton
NN4 7HD
Telephone: +44 (0) 845 0700203
Facsimile: +44 (0)1604 815288
customersupport@uk.ngrid.com

The work is actually done by Balfour Beatty Utilities (who are therefore liable for the damage) or their subcontractors, who you could try contacting here:
