Just found out my appeal didn’t upload
I recd a ticket on July 1st and appealed with photos on July 7th.
I kept waiting for a decision but heard nothing until I recd a letter from Debt Recovery plus on August 11th stating I owed £170. I phoned to explain I was awaiting a decision and they said they could see no appeal. I then emailed Initial and recd reply stating it could take 28 for them to respond.
Today I recd a second letter saying I have run out of time to challenge the charge, I can only assume my appeal didn’t upload.
I have screenshots showing I tried to pay by phone twice but the process just froze. I then went to ask the friends I was meeting for change and found free parking at the Premier Inn where we were having breakfast so went back to move the car.
Please advise what I do next
