General sanctions order from unfiled Directions Questionnaire which i never received

Hi all

I submitted my defence in June and I realised I hadn't heard anything back, so today I logged into the MCOL portal and saw that apparently in July I had been sent the DQ, which I did not receive. I have now also seen that as of yesterday I got a general sanctions order. There were also two case stay lifted notices during this time. None of this information I have received via email or letters.

The previous claim form was sent to the correct address so i can only assume that they have the correct address on file, yet i did not recieve it.

I have now submitted the DQ today via email (I've assumed it's the same court as on the claim form but could be wrong as never actually recieved the letter) and also emailed MCOL about not recieving this information. From what I've read it is suggesting I need to submit an N244 to set aside the general sanctions order but elsewhere I see that's not necessary?

What are my best next steps?

Thanks in advance!

No you just need to have sent the DQ to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

make sure it wasnt a scan!

As Above, no scans, no pictures, no paperwork, just a completed N180 DQ pdf document attached to your email, to the DQ email address for the CNBC in Northampton

    No. Chat GPT is wrong.

As long as you didn't use the paper form you are fine. No scans or photos of pages.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
