Opening up a savings account with Lloyds bank

He can open an account in branch. Can be a Lloyds branch or a Halifax branch.

I doubt it. In December 2025 all that the staff in local Halifax could do was sit and watch my ipad fail to open an account. They could offer me an appointment at another branch 20 miles away where one day of each week accounts could be opened.
