APCOA AutoPay.
Hi. I have just recieved a PCN from APCOA for a recent pick up at T2 Manchester, as a frequent visitor I am registered for auto pay so I rarely check as I have never had any problems in the past, so I revisited my bank account, no payment was taken for the date I was there, although the payment for when I dropped off 2 weeks previously was taken. On checking my e-mail I found a message hidden in my 'other' folder saying that payment had failed, for whatever reason, and they would not make another attempt to recover payment and said that I should pay through the online system which obviously is pointless now as it was weeks ago. Should I appeal or just leave it, I will not be paying the £100 charge.

Just use the 100% winning appeal shown in the Airport Drop Off Group thread.
No link: search and ye shall find! Could not be easier. No saying who was driving nor saying anything that implies it was you, such as "I am registered for Autopay". Nope! Just copy the POFA-based appeal and APCOA will give up.
