Halifax Lloyds switch
My Halifax reward account switched to Lloyds and the Lloyds app is working. However my Zopa smart saver account that was linked to the Halifax account can no longer access the account for me to pay money in. I get taken to a nonfunctional Halifax online banking front page rather than the Lloyds app. I have spent hours on the helpline waiting to be connected and then speaking to advisers who have not resolved the issue. Have others got the same problem or found away to get it resolved?

Are you talking to Zopa or Lloyds?
Maybe go into the Lloyds account and remove the Open Banking link to Zopa, then re-add it?

You can link any number of current a/cs in your name to your Zopa Smartsaver, Just set up a link to your Lloyds a/c

And if this fails because Zopa doesn't see it as a new account that needs (re)linking (the account number hasn't changed) just move money via the Zopa current account or link to another bank instead.

Does Zopa not support standard Faster Payments using the sort code/account number?

Direct FP into the Smart Saver? Yes - but the payee bank account has to be "approved" by Zopa by being "linked" first, hence the OP's problem.
Suggestion above that easiest way would be FP to the Zopa CA then internal move - good idea if the OP has a current account at Zopa.
