ParkingEye and DCB Legal CC Claims

Hi all,

I have received a CC claim form from ParkingEye, through DCB Legal, relating to 3 separate alleged parking breaches at the same car park. The alleged incidents occurred on different dates between 1 Feb and 10 Dec 2024.

I previously contacted PE in Jan 2025 regarding one of the alleged parking charges but received no response.

On all 3 occasions, I paid for parking. I have retained my bank statements, which I believe will provide evidence of the payments.

On 2 of the occasions, I was unable to return to my vehicle within the time paid for because of significant train disruption. On one occasion, the disruption was caused by Storm Darragh, and I have screenshots showing the relevant train cancellations/delays. On the other occasion, there was also significant disruption to the train service (I have screenshots as well).

For the 3rd alleged breach, I believe I was still within the period for which I had paid. I have bank statement that shows the amount paid.

I am therefore keen to understand what the best approach would be in defending the claim.
I have not yet filed a defence and would be grateful for any advice on how best to proceed.

Thanks

With an issue date of 14/08/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 02/09/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 16/09/26

Given the poorly pleaded breach, use the template defence and look for the link that includes Chan & Akande.

    3 Parking Tickets = £300 AND NOT £510.

DCBL has added a FAKE £210 which they call DAMAGES?

This is another feeble attempt by DCBL to which the real name is called DOUBLE RECOVERY

DCBL are trying to mislead you and the court ….. IT'S A FAKE AMOUNT

PE already knows what the Supreme Court ruled ….. "THE CHARGE is set to operate the scheme" … meaning NO fake add-ons as DCBL practice.

Bear in mind that PE normally take people to court themselves. They use a third party like DCBL as a public convienience to waste their money on all the rubbish we see on here.

You play the game with DCBL, IT'S GREAT FUN and you may end up in the famous DCBL Discontinuation thread which is not far away from reaching 1000
