Hi, I parked in a car park for 11 minutes and did not leave the car as I decided I didn’t want to park there, didn’t realise I even had to pay driving through the car park as you do it on Ringo. I was there for 11 minutes. I have ignored the letters and got this one through today. Any suggestions on what I should do please?

    You do not have to pay for parking if you were only there minutes and decided not to stay. This '11 minutes' PCN is a joke.

    When you use the LBC reply you could add that you did not enter into any parking contract that day because you read the signs, realised it was relying in a flaky app, and you decided to reject the terms and not to park. You left. Therefore there was no contract agreed and ParkingEye would be wasting their time in court.

    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
