Are you still experimenting and, if so, which foods have you moved on to? 🤔

hmm well ive bought a frying pan and sauce pan and a wooden spoon
i haven't used them yet
i have finally used the oven once and had a meal for 2 to myself, a £5.50 m&s pasta bolognese bake with a little italian salad and a £2 lemon cheesecake slice after.
its a step forward from spending £15-20 eating out every day!

Obviously, having decent quality ready meals is far more MSE and probably healthier than eating out every night.
What's your purpose in wanting to improve your eating habits? Do you want to eat healthier, save money, lose weight? 🤔
People on here would gladly help you and there are loads of recipes/instructions on line. What's stopping you? 🤔

What happened with the oligoantigenic diet? Fairly sure cheesecake wasn't on that list. Or the pasta.
As above, you might get more help if you were clearer on what you are trying to achieve, nutritionwise and money wise.

I want to eat healthily and save money! I am still thinking of the oligoantigenic diet or the paleo ketogenic diet (Dr Sarah Myhill says we should all be eating this way).
I did ok last night I just had a Sainsbury cottage pie with a pack of veg to boil it was a total of about £5.

My brother eats keto. I have a friend who’s doing the carnivore diet and I can’t believe that’s healthy. It is absolutely not for me. I also can’t afford the amount of meat that people have on a Paleo diet.
You can eat healthily without following those strict regimes.

healthy eating just means a balanced diet. Personally I make sure I have at least 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, eat fish 2 days a week and veggie/vegan 2 days.
