I've always found travelsupermarket.com to be good, as well as using Moneysupermarket.com for travel insurance.

You should never rely on one site to get the best deals, as that simply isn't the way they happen. By all means check this site, but also check all the other travel sites you can think of. As an example, I'm off to Chicago on Sunday for £350 on American Airlines booked through Lastminute, but when I booked the comparison sites weren't showing anything less than £600.
