Confirmation of Acceptance: By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda, Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”) Great Wilson Street, South Bank, Leeds, LS11 5AD, or any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw including the promoter.

Purchase Requirements: No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

Promotion Period: The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 10th August and the closes once all prizes are won. Any entries received after the Promotion Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this Promotion.

How to Enter: Please see the promotion mechanic. Click the enter button to submit your email address. Once successfully submitted, you will then be able to click the next button to enter the promotion. If you’re a lucky winner, by selecting the Lunchbox you’ll be prompted to enter your name, email address and postal address to claim. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, Illegible, or delayed will not be accepted.

Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

The Prizes: To Claim the prize, you will need to register as an ASDA Rewards Member and hold an ASDA Rewards account. All prizes will be won.

Winner Selection: The win probability is a completely random win algorithm based on a pre-defined win probability and uses a fractional probability to generate a win/no-win response for every entry. Prizes are allocated on a random basis from an automated algorithm.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the promoter are final in relation to the promotion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.

The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in Promoter’s publicity.

Prizes are awarded at the promoter’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
