BW legal parking

Hi all, looking for some advice!

Over a year ago, my sister came to visit me in my flat that was managed by UK CPM. At the time, my building manager hadn’t set up my visitor permit account with Sippi so he manually approved my visitor permits via email (which I have). Despite this, all my siblings received PCNs. Over the course of a year, I managed to get these removed for all but one of my sisters.

I rang UK CPM who told me they couldn’t do anything with me explaining the situation and it had to come from the building manger. He kept telling me he had emailed. The company told me different.

Fast forward to today, they have now passed it to BW Legal who refused to accept the explanation (despite an email from the building manager) and are now taking us to court.

What can I do about this? Do I pay the money to stop my sister getting a CCJ? Or do I attend court on her behalf because she is on her honeymoon!

Thank you in advance.

Has a Money Claim been issued. ? If yes, post a redacted picture of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details, the claim reference number top right, the password and the name and address of the defendant

So redact ( hide ) all those personal and private details , then take a picture

Or is it a Letter of Claim giving her 30 days notice ?

Whose name is on the paperwork. ? Yours or your sisters. ? If its your sisters name on the paperwork then only she can defend it, you are a stranger to the claim and cannot take it over on her behalf

A hearing takes a year to come around.
