POPLA rejected appeal

Hi all. Got a Horizon parking ticket back in May for staying longer than 15 mins in a Tesco car park on a Sunday. The store was closed and apparently you can’t stay for longer than 15 mins. I was there for like 30. I appealed to POPLA and Horizon came back with photos from 2024 showing that they have signage. I appealed saying how do you know those signs are there but apparently they don’t have to provide latest photos (POPLA said this when they rejected my appeal). Any advice?

    Are you saying there are no signs there now? Do you have evidence of that?

    No that won't be the case.

    @HelloJello19 just ignore them now.

    You should never have tried POPLA unless the PCN was non-POFA. The keeper could have easily won if it was non-POFA worded as Horizon still use that version sometimes.

    Anyway, obviously tell them if you move house but otherwise don't engage with the laughable £140 threatograms, you know, the ones you saw in pics in post 4 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

    Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC as explained in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.

    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
